  • Bid / No-Bid Diagnostic™ (BNBD)

  • Pre-Contract Exposure Index™ (PCEI)

1. Information Collected

We may collect project-related and organizational information necessary to conduct structured exposure and governance assessments, including strategic, contractual, commercial, and operational inputs.

We do not intentionally collect personal sensitive data beyond business contact information.

2. Purpose of Use

Information provided is used solely for:

  • Conducting structured bid or exposure evaluations

  • Preparing executive assessment reports

  • Providing mitigation recommendations

  • Internal record keeping

We do not sell, rent, or share assessment data with third parties.

3. Confidentiality

All submitted data is treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel of TendStrat Solutions.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Assessment data may be securely stored for internal reference unless deletion is requested in writing.

5. Data Deletion

Upon written request, submitted assessment data may be permanently deleted from our records.

6. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented; however, no electronic transmission is entirely risk-free.
