Structured Assessment Frameworks – TendStrat Solutions

These Terms apply to all structured evaluation frameworks provided by TendStrat Solutions, including:
Bid / No-Bid Diagnostic™ (BNBD)
Pre-Contract Exposure Index™ (PCEI)
1. Purpose
BNBD and PCEI are structured governance support frameworks designed to assist organizations in evaluating participation decisions and pre-contract exposure.
2. Advisory Nature
All assessments, reports, and recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or contractual advice.
3. Responsibility
Final decisions regarding bidding, pricing, contract negotiation, and submission remain solely with the participating organization.
4. Accuracy of Inputs
Assessment outcomes depend on the completeness and accuracy of information provided by the participating organization.
5. No Guarantee
TendStrat Solutions does not guarantee project award, profitability, or elimination of risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, scoring models, and materials are the intellectual property of TendStrat Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without written consent.
7. Framework Customization
Where applicable, the framework may be adapted to align with the organization’s internal governance processes and approval structures.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
